What printing options do you offer?

The most basic option is the paper print only. The print comes with a 5 á 7 centimeter white border which make it the perfect choice for passe-partout framing. When you add a paper print to your shopping bag you can choose between a matte, satin, pearl or gloss finish in the pop-up screen. Laminating an aluminium plate on Dibond® is another option we offer. Dibond® is a material that is both strong and light and it provides a direct look at the photograph without the disadvantages of glass reflections. Click here for more detailed information about our printing options.

On top of the dibond® you can choose an acrylaat® finish. Acrylate is a clear 3mm thick sheet with a higher light transmission than glass. Acrylaat is used in combination with our dibond carrier and is available in matte, satin, pearl or gloss. Click here for more detailed information about our printing options. 

The last option is adding a shadow gab frame to your dibond® artwork. The photograph is first mounted onto an aluminium plate (with or without acrylaat®) and is then fitted into a 480mm custom-built frame in solid wood. What do you mean by 'limited edition'?

Our prints are limited to 30 editions and will be provided with a Certificate of Authenticity (CoA). Each limited edition print provided by Scenius Gallery is signed and numbered by the artist. The signature and edition number verify the print as an authentic work of art from the artist. The total edition number is final, and once sold out no more will be made or sold.

All Scenius Gallery photographs are produced under the supervision of the artist and the expert hand of our partner Kiekie PhotoLab. Our certificate of authenticity comes with every print and original you buy and verifies the work of art as an original bought from Scenius Gallery. Don’t lose it.


 

What's the delivery procedure?

After you’ve placed your order you will receive an confirmation by email. We will process your order as soon as humanly possible. After processing we aim to ship within 3 working days (with the exception of framed artworks). Framed artworks will be shipped within 6 working days after your purchase. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a link that enables you to track and trace your order.

Do you ship to every country?

We ship to The Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, Austria, Denmark, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden and the United Kingdom - and we will add other European countries in the (near) future. If your country is not supported by this list please contact us so we can make it happen nonetheless.

When can I expect my delivery?

In general you can expect your order within 24 hours after we have dispatched it if you are in The Netherlands. The vast majority of our shipments to EU countries is delivered within 2-5 working days. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with a link that enables you to track and trace your order. Please notice we don’t send in the weekend. SCENIUS gallery will not accept any responsibility for late deliveries due to circumstances outside of our control. What are your delivery rates/
shipping costs?

We work with fixed shipping fees. Once you have selected the country of destination, the shipping cost will be shown. We don't charge shipping costs in The Netherlands. For Belgium and Luxembourg we charge a fixed rate of €9.50. How do I return my order?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase at sceniusgallery.com, we obviously regret that. You can return it. Make sure that the article is returned undamaged and you include your order number. Please notice that we will refund the returned product but we will not pay the shipping costs for the returns.
